Now we all love a good old battle especially when it is Sony Vs Microsoft, obviously you know who we would like to win, the two giants are going head-to-head in the virtual worlds war. In that we mean the virtual worlds for their home consoles.
We already know that Sony has the awesome “HOME” which is soon to be open to the public, yes Sony has delayed the online “Home” virtual world for the PlayStation 3 twice, but come on why release it if it is not running true, they want it to be perfect so we are not angry with them for that.
Next up is Microsoft with its brand new “New Xbox Experience” which is being released on November 19 worldwide. This new service from Microsoft will allow you to communicate with other Xbox 360 users around the world. You know what we will let you tell us who will be the best, Sony Vs Microsoft: Who will win the virtual worlds?

Sony will win hands down. M$ (as usual) just slapped together elements from other manufacturers and claimed it as their own. It won’t be as extensive or immersive as Home will be. Home will be the king of the console virtual worlds, bar none. Once Home is released (tick-tock-tick-tock) and running for a while, advertisers from all over the world will jump on board and really push the envelope further. Imagine being able to go to a virtual downtown mall and buy stuff in real life! Amazing. I can see Home expanding into a truly alt-life experience over time. Sony is doing it right with Home. Yes the delay’s are frustrating, but in the end, worth it. M$ just steals other people’s ideas and sells them as their own without any kind of innovation whatsoever. I mean, come on!! Those M$ avatars are obviously stolen from the Wii.
Sony will set the new standard for console virtual reality. How it evolves will be interesting. I can see it becoming something as important as the internet itself.

First, this is a PS3 favoring website so of course the majority of responses will say that Home will be better. Second, the New Xbox Live Experience will only improve an already great online service. But last, I do believe Home will be better because the long named xbox thing is just a dashboard UPDATE and Home has been in development for a long time and seems to be huge.

Enduros, you might be the biggest Sony fanboy I have ever seen (or read or whatever) and writing M$ is extremely stupid and you overused it. Plus, it’s not like $ony doesn’t make any money. So, the PS3 is now the $ony Play$tation. And before anyone says that it looks like I said that Microsoft is stupid, I hope to God that your education allows for you to realize that I meant using M$ to show Microsoft is stupid.

@ ps3 sux
You 360 fan fags just make me laugh. You troll around PS3 sites starting fights and hurl insults. Look, its not my fault M$ makes a substandard machine. Stop hating the PS3 and be content with the RROD. Everything M$ makes is crap, from their OS to their keyboards. There is a reason they have a 3 year warranty! LMFAO!!
And your sentence structure is tedious and boring. I suggest you try to get past the 5th grade at some point. Thats right, aim high!!

ok PS3 sucks, Microsoft was the first to be released out of all the 3. Nintendo did a cheap job on the wii and could have done better, idk I’m not a fan of wiimotes. PS3 is so expensive with a blue ray player. Who needs blue ray? HD DVD is just as good. Xbox offers more HDD space, and more games have been release for the Xbox 360 than PS3 thats for sure
. So honestly why compete with telling others that the Xbox sucks? Its not going to change anyone’s opinion on the subject. The Xbox might have problems as every system does! thats right no game concole is perfect! I say all this because I own all 3 and each 1 broke for no reason.

Im currently a 360 user but I have friends who have ps3’s and I wouldn’t knock either console. Their both prone to bugging out or breaking down at some point. Iv had my 360 for 3 years now and it recently red ringed. But when that can be fixed for free by Microsoft even after the warranty runs out it makes no real difference.
Both of my friends that have a ps3, complain of constant crashing and have had to send their machines back twice, from turning off and wiping the (internal) HDD. And then not turning back on. So that’s everything lost and sony will only fix it, if it is under warranty. So you can’t say the ps3 comes with no problems.
Il grant its in theory a better machine. Larger HDD built in wireless and free membership. But that’s not going to stop x-box fans from enjoying their exclusive games just as nothings going to stop a ps3 fan from enjoying their exclusives.
I don’t get why the fans of the consoles have to be at war with each other too. Its not like you, calling someone a fag for liking a different console from you is going to accomplish anything.
Just get over yourselves on both sides and enjoy your console for whatever reasons they may be. Their both holding up fine and making a fuck load of profit so I don’t think we have to worry about either one being abandoned.
As to the HOME vs. experience thing.
I think HOME has the edge. It seems like a lot of effort went into it, but I wouldn’t count out Microsoft. They can seemingly chuck shit together at the last minute and it would likely still work perfectly.
