Now is this the time for all PS3 gamers to sit in the corner and have a little cry? The next Metal Gear is NOT coming to our much loved console which is a nasty kick in the teeth.
To tell you the truth, it is not coming to any gaming console because Konami has announced that the next Metal Gear Solid will be going to the Apple iPhone which will be called Metal Gear Solid Touch.

The all new Metal Gear Solid Touch is basically a watered down port of MGS4, the new game will consist of an original game that will bring to life the world and characters” of MGS4. Eight “touch shooting” levels will be available in the initial release, with more to follow.

Yeah, like totally the PS3 is so rubbish they can even port it’s games to the iPhone. You could never do the same with Halo ’cause the zbox is so mch more advnced.

Played all the Halo’s, did not think much to any of them, been made to backtrack is a cheap and lame trick. Actually I lie as I got only half way through halo 3 before I got too board to carry on playing a few months back.
The iphone and touch are past it, they never were all that, I turned one down for my business phone as it was not up to the job, so looks like I will never get to play this unless they bring it out on the Android platform. Thought they would be better doing a DS version though as it has a much larger user base, unless Apple sweetened the deal somehow, which knowing Apple is likely.

im curious to see how the ingame button interface is going to look like..lol.. theres no buttons on the iphone on the screen ( which should give them a wide “spread sheet” to work with… they should go all out on this one!)
